The render at St Clements House had become extremely dirty over a period of time and was in need of a good clean.
Sample Test Cleaning of the render was carried out during the Summer 2013.
Nautilus discovered the safest method to use without causing any damage to the render was to clean with super heated steam.

Client Requirement
The Client was looking for a competent facade cleaning company who specialised in render cleaning services.
The building had become dirty and was in need of a good clean without the risk of damaging any of the facades surface.
The facade is known as K Render and can be quite delicate to clean and if cleaned incorrectly the K Render can break away leaving unsightly holes.

Render Steam Cleaning
A full cleaning strategy for the render was proposed and implemented by Nautilus.
Using a variety of access equipment the rendered facades were reached and then steam cleaned by us using our own DOFF Integral system which is the Ultimate equipment for its type – by using super heated steam the facades render was effectively and gently cleaned as well as being sanitised.
Outstanding results were achieved to the whole buildings render facade by using Nautilus’s proven techniques and strategies.
